All Preorders items can be cancel or change within the next 48 hours of purchase

After 48 hours, all sales are final and can't be rearrange for a refund / cancellation or change.

Please be sure to input the correct and final address when buying our items we won't be responsible when the item arrives to the incorrect address if the address isn't provided correctly when placing an order, if the item gets returned to us we email you asking for the correct address and ship it out again.

For (International Orders) there will be an extra shipping cost to ship out your order again if returned.

  • Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 


Orders typically ship within 3 Weeks. If, for any other reason we have not been able to ship your order in that time, we will contact you via email and let you know or email us.

  • How do I cancel/return my order?

We are unable to cancel due to high volumes. We can only alter shipping address or sizing within the 48 hours time gap.

It's not our responsibility anymore when we ship out your order, any orders during the shipping process should be taken care of from the shipping service that is provided in your order, contact us if you need help with contacting them and we'll provide their info. 


If you receive your product and you still file a chargeback you will forfeit the right to participate in any future ROAM AS A PACK Products or Services plus be banned until debt is paid in full. 


RETURN POLICY

Returns: At this time, we are only accepting returns that are damaged when received and/or if we sent you an incorrect item(color, size, etc.)

If those apply to you, please email at roamasapack@gmail.com with your full name, the reason for the return, order number, and photo of the item. We will only accept email inquiries that were received 3 days of receiving the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the following steps as well as reimburse you store credit. We are only issuing store credit for returns. Please note all shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
